Pursuit Manager
Role Overview
To identify and shape meaningful growth for Savills by leading on key client pursuits across all areas of the business. As part of Savills Strategic Growth team you will deliver win strategies for major pursuits. You will drive action on key client opportunities with client advocates and work closely with the Head of Strategic Growth to strengthen Savills market position in advance of competitive market exercises.
- Supporting the ongoing curation of Savills central business pipeline, managing relationships internally to keep pursuits moving forward
- Through relationships with key stakeholders, leadership of a pursuit strategy that includes:
- A strong, multidisciplinary team of Savills experts
- A value proposition that differentiates Savills
- Information on where team have influenced procurement/market strategy
- Qualification of the opportunity and why it aligns with Savills growth targets
- Detailed brainstorming of solutions for the client
- Competitor SWOT analysis and general research on the market offer
- Communicating business growth targets, aligned future opportunities and insights on Savills competitive position
- Drawing on client feedback from pursuit work to identify learnings with client cluster leads, bid teams, and Savills wider Clients & Markets team.
A minimum of 5 years experience in Senior Major Bids or Business Development is required for this role.

Savills award winning Clients & Markets Team operate as strategic advisers to the business. With a strong voice at Board level, they drive creative strategies to deepen client relationships, secure new business and identify future opportunities for growth. Collaboration is at the heart of their approach, fostering connections across Savills to bring the right people around key clients to solve their challenges and thread relevant insights into all new business targets. The Strategic Growth Team support Savills key client relationships by shaping our engagement to retain business and grow revenue
