Role overview:
In order to facilitate the expansion and growth of the team, we're looking to appoint an internationally experienced property professional at Director level.
Savills GRDC is a market-leading consultancy team specialising in the provision of advisory services in relation to Branded Residences.
The team sits within the Savills GRD department which is made up of two core divisions: Consultancy and Sales & Marketing. These teams work alongside each other to ensure seamless end-to-end client service, from project conception to successful commercialisation.
Based in Savills Headquarters in London (with a satellite operation in Dubai), Savills GRDC has a global remit operating from the Caribbean to Japan and offers six key service lines:
- Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership
- Development Consultancy & Feasibility
- Brand Premium Studies
- Brand / Operator Search, Selection & Contract Negotiation
- Operational advisory
- Capital Markets.
The main focus of the role, will be to lead and manage the Brand / Operator Search, Selection & Contract Negotiation and Operational Advisory service lines whilst also developing business across all service lines offered by the team. Business development will be a global assignment with a particular focus on developing business across multiple regions.
Applicants will need to demonstrate a proven track record of successful brand search and contract negotiation skills with a particular focus on branded residential contracts.
Experience of working for either a recognised operator within the hospitality sector or a reputable consultancy / valuation business specialising in residential / hotel advisory services (or a combination of the two) will be required.
