Senior/Associate Building Surveyor
Opportunity for a Senior Surveyor or Associate to play a key role in growing a dynamic commercial Building & Project Consultancy team in Newcastle.
Role Overview
We are growing our Building & Project Consultancy team in Newcastle and are keen to hear from talented Senior Surveyors and Associate-level Building Surveyors looking to take the next step in their careers.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in strengthening our commercial building surveying offer across the office, retail and industrial sectors. You will be involved in a broad range of work, including project management, contract administration, technical due diligence and dilapidations, giving you excellent exposure across the full property lifecycle.
Working within a close-knit team, you will have the chance to make a real impact, building client relationships, contributing to business development and helping shape the growth of the Newcastle offering. You’ll also collaborate with colleagues across our wider Northern network, enhancing your experience and visibility.
We are looking for individuals who are proactive, commercially aware and client-focused, with strong technical capability and a collaborative approach. At Associate level, you will also bring leadership skills and a track record of supporting team and business growth.

Team Overview
Our Building & Project Consultancy team provides specialist advice across all stages of the property lifecycle, including acquisition, development, ownership, occupation and disposal.
Working in Newcastle, you will be part of a close-knit team with strong links to our wider Northern network (including Leeds and Manchester), offering excellent opportunities for collaboration, development and progression.
