Role Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to join our rural estate management team.
You’ll be responsible for undertaking property administration and management tasks to assist the team in the management of a diverse range of properties comprising mainly land, farms and houses.
You’ll be based out of our Cambridge office, with focus on the following areas:
• Competent at using the relevant property management software and undertaking other estate administrator duties as required.
• Demonstrate the basic elements of property management including:
- Property inspections.
- Processing invoices.
- Monitoring compliance.
- Preparation of reports as required.
- Assisting in managing repair schedules.
- Single contractor instructions and the preparation of works orders.
• Demonstrate the ability to assist in the management of tenancies and let property to include:
- Carrying out tenancy check ins and out.
- Marketing properties.
• Demonstrate your ability to assist with estate cashflows and management of rent arrears.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills and an attention to detail, be self-motivated, proactive good at working under pressure and with a positive attitude.

Team Overview
Savills rural estate management team provides management advice on all matters relating to land and property. Our clients range from small private estate owners to large corporate/institutional portfolios. The team comprises five professionals, with the wider rural department totalling eleven.
The wider Rural division operates across the UK, with a network of 37 offices and a number of estate offices from Inverness in the North to Truro in the South-West
