Role Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Consultant to join our LPA Receivership team in Salisbury
You will be remotely managing a portfolio of let residential property in accordance with a strategy that you have prepared and agreed with our client. Ongoing property management must be in accordance with current legislation and client SLAs. Please note that this is an office based role.
Your focus will be in the following areas:
• Be personally responsible for portfolio of 100 plus properties.
• Liaise with tenants, landlords, Local Authority representatives, letting agents, solicitors and all other stakeholders as required, by telephone, e-mail and letter.
• Liaise with contractors to arrange planned and ad-hoc maintenance as required.
• Take responsibility for arrears management across your portfolio of cases.
• Issue notices to tenants and instruct solicitors to take appropriate legal action if required.
• Keep IT system notes accurate and up to date at all times.
• Assist with the production of client and internal reports.
• Demonstrate understanding of Savills brand with particular reference to conduct, presentation and professionalism.
• Represent the department and Savills to clients and third parties demonstrating professionalism and integrity at all times.
• Develop strong working relationship with other Savills’ colleagues and with client case handlers.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
• Experience of residential property management, including tenancy management.
• Thorough understanding of Lettings legislation preferred.
• Attention to detail.
• Positive mental attitude and “can do” approach.
• Experience of conflict resolution desirable.
• Willing to work towards relevant qualifications.
• Proactive approach to work and willingness to adapt and flex as required.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Report writing (high level of competency required).

Team Overview
The LPA team in Salisbury deal with residential property where there has been a breach in the buy-to let mortgage terms and conditions. Our clients are high street lenders.
Our role is to take over management of the property, being responsible for all compliance matters and rent collection. We will prepare a strategy for the client to determine the best way forward that will provide the best outcome of all stakeholders. We are passionate about delivering exceptional service to our clients, whilst providing compassionate support to tenants who have found themselves in a difficult situation.
It is a very busy department and we deal with a high volume of telephone calls, which may on occasions be challenging. We are supportive of one another and enjoy a positive team vibe.
This role does not meet the salary criteria for skilled worker visa sponsorship(click link to check exemptions).
