Role Overview
We have a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and commercially minded Surveyor to join our Technical Due Diligence team based in London!
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with colleagues while also taking ownership of your own instructions across a wide range of monitoring projects. Our portfolio spans all asset classes, with construction values from £20m up to £1bn, working with lenders, forward funders, and equity sponsors.
You’ll be involved in projects primarily across Greater London and Europe, with a strong pipeline already in place and exciting plans to grow the service line further. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape that growth—developing existing client relationships and playing a key role in securing new business through our development initiatives.

Team Overview
The TDD team offers a wide range of technical due diligence related services to a diverse client base (sovereign wealth funds, investors, banks, overseas funds, property companies and tenants) but with a main focus on commercial property transactions in the London market. We are a high revenue best in class building consultancy division.
The TDD team currently comprises of 21 individuals (16 fee earners, 4 graduates and a support member of staff) split between the Margaret Street and Finsbury Circus offices. working with top real estate clients undertaking core building surveying disciplines on some of the most prestigious trophy assets in London.
We are a forward thinking building consultancy division with a friendly culture looking and a lot of repeat business. For the successful applicant we will challenge you to reach your potential whilst also offering you the support to grow and be successful alongside the business.
