New Business Sales Consultant
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to join a market-leading team of property consultants.
Role Overview
You will be instrumental in building trust with prospective sellers and landlords, ensuring Savills is front of mind when they decide to move, sell or let. This is a high-impact position suited to someone who brings confidence, tenacity, and a deep understanding of relationship-led sales.
In this consultative selling role you will be in Richmond and managing national client relationships via phone and email.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage long-term relationships with potential clients, primarily high-net-worth individuals
Proactively source new business opportunities through a mix of client engagement, referrals, and lead conversion.
Maintain regular contact with a large database of prospective sellers and landlords.
Deliver a seamless, high-touch service that reflects Savills' reputation for quality and expertise.
Collaborate with the local sales and lettings teams to align strategy, share insights, and ensure a consistent client experience.
Track performance metrics and contribute to new business initiatives and projects across the office.

What We're Looking For
Confidence and credibility in conversations with high-net-worth individuals and senior stakeholders.
Proven success in business development, sales, or managing long-term client relationships.
Resilience, persistence, and motivation to follow through on long sales cycles.
A polished and professional communication style - both verbal and written.
A self-starter with strong organisational skills and commercial awareness.
Previous experience in property, luxury services, or a client-facing professional role is highly desirable.
