Accounts Administrator
Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated person to join our growing Accounts Team. This is an exciting and challenging role for which drive and initiative are essential.
Key responsibilities:
• Raising fee invoices for sales and work undertaken by the Asset Management team & LPA Team
• Logging and coding supplier invoices for both teams
• Reviewing and managing the disbursement ledger
• Manage the debtors ledger and chase those overdue
• Reconciling the monthly income, resolving queries promptly
• Reviewing the monthly P&L accounts and resolving any anomalies.
• Client and internal management reporting
• Processing ground rent and service charge demands
• Processing rent remittance demands
• Review Supplier Statements and deal with queries that arise
• Processing manual payments to management accountant team
• Monthly insurance for LPA – Collating data and posting transactions
• Mailbox management for both LPA and AM accounts.
• Authorising supplier pay runs.
• Housing benefit allocations
• Review suspense accounts
In addition to the tasks described above, the job holder may be required to carry out other duties required from time to time.

Team Overview
Based in Salisbury, the department offers a comprehensive suite of services to some of the UK's leading lenders/housing associations, banks, and private investors.
With a tailored approach to each client, they manage the entire lifecycle of a vacant residential property, from pre valuation through to completion of sale.
This role does not meet the salary criteria for skilled worker visa sponsorship(click link to check exemptions).
