Role Overview
We are seeking a new Customer Service Advisor. In this role, you will handle inbound calls from residential tenants, address repair and estate-related issues, and manage property compliance servicing, certification, and remedial work for residential, commercial, and agricultural properties within Savills Rural & Projects Division.

Team Overview
Savills Hub team provides management of property compliance and reactive maintenance. Our clients range from private individuals to large institutions. The team comprises of 21 members, made up of a Head of Property Services, Operations Manager, Two Service Delivery Managers, a Deputy Service Delivery Manager, a Data Analyst and 15 Customer Service Advisors.
Due to the current general salary threshold requirement for this role Savills are unable to provide skilled worker visa, sponsorship.
