Role Overview
Workthere are looking for an enthusiastic and self-starting individual to join their fast growing team.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and data skills with excellent attention to detail. We are looking for someone who can manage our external agency to identify and drive forward CRM developments, as well as working with the wider team to ensure that projects are delivered within agreed timeframes.
The individual will be responsible for making key improvements to our data collection and reporting, including working with external developers to make efficiencies and improvements to our CRM system, in line with our digital strategy. The individual will also be responsible for auditing, utilising and analysing Workthere data for the purposes of producing market leading insight and research content on the flexible office sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the team of external developers to identify and deliver CRM improvements and fixes.
- Lead specific data and CRM projects, project managing from start to finish, including reporting progress to key senior stakeholders.
- Analyse Workthere data to be utilised for research purposes on global and local levels on the flexible office sector .
- Work closely with the global Workthere team to ensure quality control of the data within the CRM, producing regular reports to keep on track with progress.
- Support with website developments and working with the external agency to ensure deliverables are met.
- Produce insightful data and research, that can be used for PR and research purposes.
- Audit quality of data input by teams to ensure consistent and quality data collection
- Provide ad hoc training and guidelines to the team on the CRM and any new workflows.
Key Skills
- Proven analytical skills
- Project management experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics (or another CRM) is essential
- Previous real estate experience preferred
- Experience analysing complex data sets
- Good research and problem solving skills
- Friendly and approachable with an ability to remain calm under pressure
- Passion to carry out first class work
- Excellent organisational and prioritising ability
- Strong attention to detail
- Responsible – the team can rely on the job holder to produce work to deadlines
