About us
We are a team of established professionals delivering dedicated services in client accounting, contractor management, tenancy progression, property compliance and GIS at a national level. We work alongside colleagues across the business, and with clients direct, to ensure we are supporting and delivering on their individual requirements, providing vital support to other professional and management services provided by Savills across the residential, rural and mixed-use commercial property sectors.
In each of the individual specialisms we pride ourselves on having a huge wealth of knowledge and we invest in training to ensure our teams are at the forefront of giving quality advice and services. We also liaise with other professionals such as legal teams, accountants, banks and others to ensure our clients have a joined up approach.
We have over 100 team members working from offices located in Wimborne, Oxford, Peterborough, Dumfries and Cheltenham which gives us the scale we require to deliver the national offering.

GIS
GIS mapping experts are skilled in producing and presenting documents and mapping data. The integration of GIS aids both operational planning and the decision process, improves business efficiency, drives down costs, innovates core activities and develops commercial opportunities. Using GIS, composite maps and data output produced are suitable for a wide range of different uses. These may be to support land and property management, litigation, conveyancing, strategic planning, site searching, forestry, development, renewables or valuations.

Property Services Hub
The Property Services team instruct and administer property compliance servicing, certification and remedial works for residential, commercial and agricultural properties and answer telephone calls from residential tenants who are reporting emergency repairs. We manage over 10,000 properties stretching across the length and breadth of the UK. Our clients are charities, institutions and private individuals.
The Rural Suppliers team ensure all the contractors and consultants instructed by Savills agents on behalf of their clients are approved in line with statutory and company Health & Safety requirements. There are around 3,000 active contractors and consultants on the database.
The Tenancy Progression team are ARLA qualified professionals ensuring compliance with legislation relating to the letting of residential properties and tenancy deposit management.

Client Accounting
Through our network of offices we offer a national and local accounting service. The Client Accounting team provides financial accounting services direct to clients and also to accountants, banks and other professionals.
We provide comprehensive services on general financial administration, invoicing, VAT, payroll, debtor and rent book analysis, and commercial and agricultural income/expenditure. Our accounts system is fully compliant with the requirements of making tax digital (MTD) and is integrated with our property management system enabling us to report and advise on all aspects of
our clients affairs.
