CRM Manager
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to support the roll-out, adoption, and ongoing success of Savills' CRM platform (Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Introhive) across the EMEA region.
As a key member of a major business transformation programme, you will work closely with stakeholders across multiple countries to drive CRM adoption, embed new ways of working, and maximise the commercial value of client data and insights.
In this role, you will lead engagement, communication, training, and change management initiatives, helping colleagues develop the skills and confidence to leverage CRM technology effectively. You will also act as a trusted partner to business and technology teams, shaping future platform enhancements, maintaining data and process governance, and delivering insights that support business development and client growth.
The successful candidate will bring experience of CRM implementation and adoption, strong stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to drive behavioural change across complex, international organisations. Experience with Dynamics 365, Introhive, or similar CRM platforms would be advantageous.
