Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Rural Surveyor to join our management team based in our Perth office.
Role Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Rural Surveyor, ideally RICS and/or CAAV qualification, to join our rural management team in the Perth Office. Working within our fast growing and progressive Estate Management Department in Perth, the role will focus on strategic rural business management. As a Rural Surveyor based in Perth, you will be responsible for delivering a blend of core Estate management and professional advice across a broad range of rural property matters with focus on private and institutional clients.

Team Overview
The Perth Rural Management team comprises a dynamic group of professionals, each bringing specialist expertise and a collaborative approach to delivering high‑quality advice and the holistic management of diverse rural property businesses. The team advises across a broad range of rural landholdings, including residential and commercial property management, renewable and mineral assets, and strategic land management. Our clients range from private landowners and farmers to institutional organisations. The Perth office is a truly multidisciplinary office, benefiting from access to specialist service lines including Tourism and Leisure, Natural Capital, and architectural and building services, alongside our established professional practices in forestry, farm consultancy, client accounting, estate agency, lettings, and valuation consultancy.
