Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join the UK HR team, partnering closely with the Rural & Projects division (c.800 employees across the UK). This is a broad generalist HR role with a strong emphasis on Employee Relations, offering the opportunity to have a visible and meaningful impact across a diverse, national business.
This is an engaging and highly people-facing role that requires strong relationship-building skills and the confidence to influence at all levels. You will work proactively with leaders, managers and employees, providing pragmatic, commercial HR support that enables individuals to thrive and ensures the division is well-positioned for future success.

Team Overview
The Rural & Projects HR team provides dedicated people support to a complex, nationwide business operating across multiple locations and disciplines. Working as part of the wider Savills UK HR function, the team partners closely with division leadership to deliver practical, commercially focused HR solutions that enable performance and manage risk.
You will be joining a team of three HRBP’s, two talent partners and an assistant providing end‑to‑end support across recruitment, employee relations, organisational change, talent development and reward. With strong sector knowledge and a hands‑on approach, the team supports managers and employees across the UK, combining strategic input with high‑quality day‑to‑day advisory support.

The wider Rural division operates across the UK, with a network of 37 offices and a number of estate offices from Inverness in the North to Truro in the South-West
