Role Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part‑time Rural Administrator to join the Rural Management Team in Bath.
We are looking for someone who is proactive and forward‑thinking who communicates with confidence and clarity, makes well‑considered decisions, and excels at prioritising both their own work and their line manager’s. They demonstrate resilience, listen attentively, and remain aware of the needs and feelings of those around them, constructively challenging where needed and collaborates to deliver exceptional outcomes.
You’ll be responsible for assisting and co‑ordinating a dynamic Management team who work with a wide variety of rural and property clients. With a unique and varied workload, the role requires someone with an interest and/or background in the rural sector. The role will best suit an individual who is proactive, passionate and inquisitive, and someone who is motivated to develop and add value to the team and to develop their career.
You’ll be based in our Bath office, and your focus will be in the following areas:
Provision of administrative support which includes being the office point of contact for clients, rural contractors and tenants.
Working with property database, compliance data and creating and maintaining electronic files and records.
Updating, circulating and tracking of leases and other land and property documents.
Diary management.
Raising invoices to clients.
Business development support.
General administration, meeting preparation and following up meeting actions.
Working within the wider admin team to ensure that full support is given to all departments within the office.

Team Overview
The rural team in Bath provide a range of services to both private and institutional clients, including traditional estate management and professional work. At this time, the team consists of a Director, Associate Director and Associate. The rural team is part of a larger office where there is also an estate agency and new homes team.
The opportunity is to assist the Associate Director in the estate management team and will also involve working as part of the Rural team based in the Salisbury office.
The Rural division operates across the UK, with a network of 37 offices and a number of estate offices from Inverness in North‑East Scotland to Truro in the South‑West
