Team Overview
You will be responsible for assisting and co-ordinating a small dynamic team who provide core management and consultancy services in the agricultural sector.
With a unique and varied workload, the role requires someone with an interest and or background in the rural matters. The role will best suit an individual who is proactive, passionate and inquisitive and someone that would be motivated to develop and add value to the team.
You’ll be based out of our Norwich or Ipswich office, and your focus will be in the following areas:
• Provide day to day administrative support to the team in managing our Food & Farming Management client portfolios.
• Maintain management database with contract farming agreements and compliance data.
• Creating and maintaining electronic files and records in Dynamics CRM.
• Arranging diary invites and facilitating meeting arrangements, meeting preparation, minutes and following up meeting actions.
• Working as part of the wider team to support fee earners in utilising financial tools, e.g:
- Raising fee invoices
- Raising and managing purchase orders
- Financial administration (fee forecasting, cost analysis)
• General admin duties relevant to your specific discipline, e.g:
- ISO and compliance audits
- Assisting with Health & Safety
• Input data for specific client environmental subsidy applications and any other one-off grant schemes.
• Prepare financial budgets and cash flows, monitoring forecast against actual income and expenditure.
• Preparation of annual contract farming management reports.
• Organising and coordinating any local marketing and business development events.
