Agency Assistant / Office Manager
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to provide comprehensive support to the Chester agency team and the Head of Office (HOO) within the Leisure & Trading Property team. This is a busy, office-based role within a dynamic agency environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support agents and fee earners in the preparation of sales documents, marketing materials, reports, web-listings and other client-facing documentation.
Office Management: Implement initiatives from HOO, Audits and company policy and regulation updates. File keeping of relevant office documents and communication with key parties to include auditors and policy makers.
Assist with the set-up, management, and servicing of client accounts and projects.
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely delivery of materials to internal and external stakeholders.
Provide high-quality administrative and operational support across the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations to include invoicing.
Ideal Candidate:
Experienced in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Highly organised, confident, and able to take initiative independently.
Capable of working effectively under pressure, demonstrating reliability and flexibility.
A self-motivated professional who can build strong relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment
