The creation of this role highlights Savills Energy’s desire to grow the service to Savills divisions and non-Savills clients. You will play a pivotal role in driving strategic business initiatives, fostering client relationships, and expanding our market reach. You will collaborate closely with various internal teams to develop and implement effective business development strategies, contributing to the overall growth and success of our team.

Team Overview
The Energy team sits within the Savills Property Management (PM) Division and provides an energy bureau and procurement service to the Property Management managed portfolio. We deliver services directly to our clients and their occupiers, as well as supporting clients for whom we don’t manage property directly – we tailor our expertise to meet their specific needs and align to their ESG strategy. Our aim is to onboarded efficiently, so everything is set up correctly from day one.
The Energy team will also work closely alongside Savills Property Management’s Sustainability and Commercial functions to help manage and develop a client focussed Energy and Utility service.
Recruitment agencies
Savills only pay agency fees where we have a signed agreement in place and that agency has been previously contacted and directed by a member of our recruitment team.
