Role Overview
Are you ready to take the next step in your estate management career? This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and client focused professional to join our dynamic Cirencester Rural Estate Management Team.
You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, fee-earning services to a diverse and well-established client base, including charities, corporate and institutional bodies, and private clients. With significant client facing responsibility, you will be asked to deliver strategic solutions that meet and exceed client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing let and in-hand property across multiple sectors;
Identifying and implementing opportunities to diversify and enhance asset value;
Overseeing compliance, maintenance, and refurbishment projects;
Lettings and negotiating lease renewals and rent reviews.
This role is full-time and, primarily, office based.

As a member of the Cirencester Estate Management Team, you will join a group of dedicated professionals who specialise in delivering both strategic and day-to-day management advice to a diverse client base. We pride ourselves on offering a high standard of service and we know that starts with our people.
