Role Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Analyst / Associate to join our Investment Strategy and Asset Management team.
This role will be instrumental in facilitating the growth of the team, and will include a very wide range of consultancy and asset management work, spanning living and commercial sectors across a range of client types. You will be involved in numerical analysis, including business planning and financial modelling, report writing as well as devising and enacting strategic interventions.

Team Overview
Savills Investment Strategy and Asset Management (ISAM) helps a range of investors in devising and executing their real estate investment strategies at an asset, portfolio or corporate level. We pride ourselves on our cross-sector experience and ability to solve complex problems through a multidisciplinary approach.
Our clients range from pension funds to living sector investment platforms, public bodies to charity endowments, for whom we are long term, trusted advisors.
We focus on optimising existing portfolios through strategic asset management, developing long term business plans and shorter-term roadmaps for realising value alongside our clients. Whether clients are seeking guidance on target returns, portfolio liquidity, divestment / acquisition strategies, sector allocations or risk management, we can help devise the strategy and work alongside them to execute. That can take the form of hands-on, active strategic asset management, managing divestment programmes, and plenty more.
The team sits within the Operational Capital Markets division, and forms part of a wider ISAM Sector Group, spanning multiple Savills UK divisions. The growing OCM ISAM team currently comprises a Director, Senior Associate and Graduate.
