Role Overview
This role within the Cardiff Energy Team at Savills supports their utility services for property management clients, focusing on the administration of energy supply changes across a commercial property portfolio. The position involves managing change of tenancies, maintaining accurate data in the Optima database, liaising with both clients and energy suppliers, and ensuring high standards of customer service. It requires strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. The successful candidate will work closely with other teams, support pricing and tender processes, and play an active role in supplier meetings. A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to manage a high-volume workload in a busy, client-focused environment are essential, with previous experience in the utilities industry considered a strong advantage.

Team Overview
The Cardiff Energy Team at Savills is a dedicated group within the Property Management division, providing expert Procurement and Bureau consultancy services to commercial property clients. Based in the Cardiff office, the team is responsible for managing energy contracts, handling change of tenancies, maintaining data integrity, and supporting supplier and client relationships. The Operations Team, a key part of this group, ensures smooth back-office processes by updating systems like Optima and collaborating across departments. Known for their attention to detail, proactive mindset, and strong communication, the team works in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and client service are paramount. They foster a collaborative, client-focused culture, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
