Team Overview
The role is based in our affordable housing consultancy team of around 20 people, advising housing associations, local authorities, and for-profit registered providers. The wider team helps these organisations meet regulatory expectations, manage assets proactively, acquire and sell tenanted properties, and plan future business directions strategically.
We are located within the affordable housing division, the largest and most experienced affordable housing advisory business in the UK, comprising more than 100 colleagues delivering valuation, treasury, surveying, and development services.
