Estate Manager - Longleat Estate
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced estate manager to join the Longleat estate team, with responsibility to deliver all aspects of estate management against an exciting rural backdrop.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Estate Manager to join our resident agent team based on the Longleat estate. The successful candidate will work seamlessly with the Longleat estate team across the property, forestry, mapping and conservation departments and with the water bailiff.
Reporting to the Estate Director your role will centre on the delivery of a land and property strategy set against a unique canvas that spans over 9,000 acres comprising 3,500 acres of ancient woodland, 10 working farms, 220 cottages and 900 acres of historic parkland that is home to a safari park, stately home and a Capability Brown landscape.
You will need to build an excellent rapport with the whole estate community, including the wider Longleat team where they are providing a first class visitor experience to around 1 million guests every year.

Team Overview
You will be based full time at the Longleat Estate Office working directly with and alongside both Longleat and Savills teams. Not only will you benefit from the advantages of working in one of the most historic Estate Offices you will also have the benefit of the wider Savills network including the direct support of the nearby Salisbury office.
