Role Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Valuation Assistant administrator to join our busy Professional Services team. The team provides core valuation and consultancy services in the rural, agricultural and prime residential sectors across Scotland. With a unique and varied workload, the role requires someone proactive and who wishes to make a difference with the team. The valuation assistant also works within the wider admin team to ensure that full support is given to all departments within the office. As such general admin duties may be included within the role.

Team Overview
Savills Professional Services team provides valuation reports for clients ranging from institutional clients, banks, solicitors and private clients, together with other professional work including CPO and Charities Act reports. The team comprises three Directors, two Associate Directors, two Associates and two Surveyors, all of whom are RICS Registered Valuers and based in Perth, Edinburgh and Aberdeen. The surveyors are often out of the office carrying out site inspections and sometimes work remotely. This role will be office based in Perth.
Due to the current general salary threshold requirement for this role Savills are unable to provide skilled worker visa, sponsorship.
Immigration rules are subject to change by the Home Office and if any new regulations subsequently affect your application/offer with Savills we would need to reassess to ensure we remain compliant in line with the updated guidance as well as the mandatory requirement of valid right to work in the UK.
