Role Overview
Full time position supporting the central Rural Professional Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing full administrative support
- Undertaking due diligence enquiries such as Land Registry, planning and comparable information searches
- Preparing draft Valuation reports
- Raising fee accounts and maintaining debtor management for the team
- Dealing directly with clients, over the telephone, taking messages and occasionally face to face
- Diary management, including internal and external meetings, travel and hotel bookings when required
- Processing all instructions in a accurate and timely manner
- Updating and/or producing schedules, spreadsheets, presentations, reports and correspondence
- Assisting with general administration within the office
Key Skills
- Strong proof reading and attention to detail skills are essential to this role
- Proven organisational skills
- Excellent time management
- Ability to multitask and to work accurately and effectively under pressure
- Accurate typing skills
- Reliable and able to handle confidential matters
- Strong written and verbal communication skills both within Savills and externally with clients
Team Overview
The successful candidate will provide support to the central rural professional team which includes a Director and Associate as well as occasionally supporting the wider professional team in the region.
