Role Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to become a key supporting member of our Global Occupier Services (GOS) team. This role is dedicated to active project management of commercial real estate B2B marketing and communication initiatives, which are crucial to supporting the business development and promotion of this global business line. Looking at content development both written and graphic as well as digital marketing.
Team Overview :
This role will be sitting in our Global occupiers Team , reporting into our Director based in the US however this role will be based in our London headquarters GOS team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support Marketing leader as a project manager of GOS internal and external marketing and communications activities - planning, management, execution and reporting with on time budjeting.
- Employ project management and other digital marketing dashboard tools to monitor, measure and report on related work on a monthly, quarterly, annually basis.
- Assisting with the compiling and production of e-mail marketing communications including bi-annual newsletters and webpages are updated.
- Assisting with the creation and briefing of branded marketing materials - including proof-reading / copy checking, checking spreadsheets and keeping to timelines.
- Creating branded PowerPoints for internal and external presentations.
- Assisting with the coordination of marketing calendars with relevant industry and cross sector events with external event planning and management.
- Assist with budget preparation, monitoring and invoice management.
- Set up and maintain efficient filing and archiving systems and CRM support to develop and maintain prospect and client lists for business development.
- Regular attendance and assistance of team meetings, including minute taking
Key Skills
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
- Advanced knowledge and experience of MS Office suite - Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and production tools – including CRM, project management and basic experience in graphics software, including Adobe Suite, Canva.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Good team player but also able to work on their own and use their own initiative.
- Creative and responsive problem solver and Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative.
