Role Overview
You will use your experience in all key aspects of Infrastructure and Utilities Land Consents to delivery projects, ranging from small scale negotiations to large scale utilities projects in rural and city locations. You will be working within a regional team in the overall client delivery of services and have sole responsibility of your own projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage multiple projects at any one time.
• Negotiation of land consents, acquisitions and compensation claims.
• Working as part of a wider client project delivery team.
• Development and refining route corridors and finding solutions to high risks.
Key Skills
• Efficient and effective communicator.
• Strong attention to detail.
• MRICS acreddited.
• Enthusiasm and ability to provide reasoned advice and recommendations to clients.
• Experienced in either utilities, agricultural or planning negotiations.
Team Overview
The Infrastructure Projects team is a single department covering the whole of the UK. It consists of over 90 staff located throughout the country at entry level to those with over 30 years’ experience.
We specialise in Infrastructure and Utilities clients and projects and are passionate about the high levels of service and collaborative working with our clients.
