Role Overview
You will receive training and guidance over a two year period within this unique and specialist industry. Whilst training, you will also conduct varied work relating to projects, some of which you will take ownership of, working on behalf of utilities and infrastructure clients.
You will have the opportunity to work towards becoming an Associate Member (AssocRICS) or Professional Member (MRICS) of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying owners/occupiers of land through a number of methods.
- Working with project teams in the development of a proposal and be a part of a delivery team.
- Undertake negotiation with third-parties to obtain consent for works.
- Undertake training in numerous areas including land referencing, negotiations, apparatus feasibility and compensation claims.

• Able to proactively think “outside the box”.
• Enthusiasm to learn and develop within this industry.
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects during the working day.
Team Overview
The Infrastructure Projects team is a single department covering the whole of the UK. It consists of over 90 staff located throughout the country at entry level to those with over 30 years’ experience.
We specialise in Infrastructure and Utilities clients and projects and are passionate about the high levels of service and collaborative working with our clients.
