Role Overview

Managing let and in-hand property and enterprises including residential, commercial, agricultural and sporting. Identifying and implementing opportunities to diversify and improve clients' assets. Arranging and supervising compliance, maintenance and refurbishment of clients' property portfolios. Organising the re-letting of residential, commercial and agricultural properties and negotiating lease renewals and rent reviews. This role is full or part-time and flexible working will be considered with some ability to work from home depending on client and team requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day running of rural estates and property
• Provision of advice for landlord and tenant, rent reviews and property management
• Building rapport with colleagues, clients, tenants, contractors and suppliers
• Identifying opportunities 

Key Skills

• Must be either MRICS and/or FAAV-qualified
• The ability to engage with a variety of audiences
• Good relationship and management and communication skills
• The ability to deal with conflict and provide resolution
• Self-motivated, goal driven and the ability to priortise, work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Commercially aware, but with the ability to vary approach depending on circumstances
