Role Overview
The Senior Marketing Executive to the Residential Private Office and Prime Purchase team would be responsible developing and delivering the marketing plans to support the growth of their respective businesses by promoting their offering to prospective and current clients. This role will report to the Senior Marketing Manager, HNW Residential, and will be accountable 50% into the Private Office and 50% into Prime Purchase. As such the role holder will be required to split their time between Margaret St HQ where the Marketing team is based, The Savills Office in Sloane St where the Private Office is based, and a separate Prime Purchase Office also on Sloane St.
The Private Office helps high and ultra-high net worth individuals and their advisers gain access to comprehensive yet tailored and confidential real estate expertise and advice, across the full spectrum of Savills services. The Private Office comprises of 19 specialist advisors operating in the UK and across Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
Prime Purchase are a property buying consultancy providing services across London and the Country. Prime Purchase are owned by Savills, but operate as an entirely separate business with ‘Chinese Walls’ between the two operations. Unlike estate agents who act for sellers and landlords, as buyer's agents Prime Purchase only represent buyers. They search for property, give advice and manage the negotiation process through to a successful purchase.
You will positively influence and support these teams; being responsible for the planning and implementation of bespoke marketing initiatives that aim to drive business growth, brand awareness and build brand preference in their markets. You will proactively seek out and develop marketing initiatives which pursue the objectives of the businesses in new and interesting ways.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintains Chinese walls between Private Office and Prime Purchase, recognising both as equally important businesses that require a separate and specific marketing plan.
• Partners with the respective Prime Purchase and Private Office PR leads to ensure a coordinated PR and Marketing approach
• Responsible for the planning and implementation of bespoke Private Office and Prime Purchase marketing initiatives that aim to drive business growth around the world
• Researches and recommends local-level marketing opportunities including, but not limited to, marketing collateral, partnerships and events, digital and print advertising, social media and e-newsletters, website and social media content.
• Develops best-in-class pitching materials (digital and print) to attract new business and support the sales process.
• Builds positive relationships and meets regularly with their stakeholders; communicating plans, challenges, developments, opportunities, actions and results with them.
• Represents the marketing team and is the main point of contact for PO and PP, responding to the day to day queries, troubleshooting where necessary
• Provides relevant marketing updates to stakeholders at regular internal business meetings.
• Tracking the PO and PP marketing budgets throughout the year.
• Works with the team lead in both the residential and marketing centres of excellence on the delivery of marketing activity for the Private Office and PP.
• Plugs in as an active member of the HNW Marketing team, sharing knowledge and best practice.
• Communicates regularly with the research team to stay abreast of current HNW trends, opportunities and challenges.
• Provides regular reports to senior leaders to promote marketing initiatives and deliverables.
• Oversee brand integrity, ensuring that all creative communications meet brand guidelines for Private Office and Prime Purchase respectively.
• Works closely with the HNW and Prime London Marketing teams.
In addition to the tasks described above, the job holder may be required to carry out other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time.
Key Skills
• Degree Qualified, preferably in Marketing
• Min 5 years’ experience in similar full-time consumer marketing role
• Experience across the marketing mix, including traditional and digital channels
• Experience working with HNW audiences, regardless of industry
• Experience or clear understanding of the nuances working with clients internationally
• A self-motivated and proactive individual, able to demonstrate reliability and flexibility where necessary.
• Numerate, with experience managing budgets
• A positive team attitude with a willingness to take the initiative and a professional approach is key.
• Organised with excellent attention to detail and good time management skills
• Project Management skills - completer / finisher
• Ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure
• Strong communication skills
• A good team player with a positive, flexible and can do attitude.
• Proficient IT skills with Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office skills (incl. Outlook, PowerPoint & Excel)
• Ethical with strong integrity
Team Overview
You will be joining a growing team of 85+ marketing professionals at an exciting moment in Savills 165 year history as we evolve as a marketing team to support the next chapter of the business’s growth agenda under the leadership of Victoria Bennett, Head of Brand and Marketing for Savills UK.
The marketing department is structured on a Centre of Excellence model. There are 3 marketing teams who develop the marketing strategies for Divisions within each of the main real estate sectors; Residential, Commercial and Rural. These teams are then supported by specialist teams in brand, insights & data, content and engagement, digital marketing and social media.
The team are friendly, driven and innovative, and work with multiple stakeholders and across multiple projects at once to champion high quality marketing outputs and drive results for the business.
The majority of the team are based in the Head Office but also travel out to visit their regional office. We have regular all team meetings, events & socials to collaborate as one department.
