Role Overview
As a Savills Senior Marketing Manager – London and UK Lettings, you will be the key interface overseeing two key areas of the business London Sales offices (South-West, East and West) and UK Lettings.
Reporting in to the Senior Marketing Manager UK Sales and Lettings; you will work with them to set the vision, strategy and plans for the both London (SW, East and West) and Lettings business as a whole, and ensure the cascade of the national marketing strategy into local offices.
This role will manage the overall UK Lettings budget as well as oversight for the clusters for Sales in South-West, East and West London. The role is split into two areas for these two business divisions. For UK Lettings whilst working closely with all regional marketing managers and executives across the residential team to positively influence, plan and support all UK lettings teams (64 in total) in marketing initiatives that aim to drive business growth, drive brand awareness and build brand preference in their local market.
You will develop and maintain master tools and materials specifically to support the Lettings business and proactively seek out marketing initiatives which pursue the objectives of the lettings business in new and interesting ways. For the London Sales management you will oversee budget with the Marketing Manager for Core working closely to ensure they positively influence, plan and support the Sales and Lettings offices within that cluster whilst developing strong relationships with the HOC and the Head of London Residential.

What does a Senior Marketing Manager – London and UK Lettings do?
• Works with Head of UK Sales and Lettings Marketing to set the visions, strategy and plans for the UK Lettings business and London Sales.
• Manages the overall lettings budget and supports management of the London Sales budget
• Works closely with all members of the London and Country (for Lettings) regional marketing teams in the development and ongoing management of bespoke local office marketing strategies and associated local marketing activity for UK lettings teams.
• Works with the London and Country marketing team to recommend local-level marketing opportunities for each office including, but not limited to, local engagement, digital and print advertising, social media and event marketing.
• Is the main point of contact with lettings stakeholders, responding to day to day queries with the support of the London and Country marketing team.
• Is the main point of contact with sales London stakeholders, responding to day to day queries and main support for London marketing team
• Builds positive relationships and meets regularly with their stakeholders; communicating plans, challenges, developments, opportunities, actions and results with them. Provides regular reports to senior leaders, using these insights to promote efficiency and effect change where appropriate.
• Visits offices across the UK when required
• Communicates regularly with the research and finance team to stay abreast of current local market trends, opportunities and challenges in each market.
• Works closely with the London and Country marketing teams to ensure that all local sales marketing activity is aligned with any local lettings marketing activity.
• Supports the London and Country marketing teams to co-ordinate local sponsorships. Where necessary, attends local sponsorship meetings, negotiates sponsorship contracts and oversees Savills participation in local sponsorship events.
• Develops and maintains master tools, templates and materials specifically for use by the UK Lettings teams, briefing-in content to agencies or the design team where necessary
• Works with the Residential Toolkit Manager to create and feedback on material within the marketing toolkit.
• Oversee brand integrity across local markets, ensuring that all creative communications meet brand guidelines.
• Represents the marketing team and provides relevant marketing updates to stakeholders at regular internal business meetings.

Team Overview
The Senior Marketing Manager roles sits within the UK Sales and Lettings marketing team who service the residential business across the whole of the UK. This is a team that comprise a total of 12 marketing experts. This role has three people in total within their remit – Marketing Manager for SW, East and West who has a Marketing Executive reporting into them as well as line management of Marketing Assistant to support UK Lettings and any Sales London support. The UK Residential marketing team are part of a larger marketing function over around 80 people.
The Residential marketing team work with our network of 96 UK offices, and are responsible for the implementation of national marketing campaign activity within local office markets, as well as the planning and implementation of local office marketing activity to drive individual office business growth and brand awareness in our local communities.
The team are friendly, driven and innovative, and work with multiple stakeholders and across multiple projects at once to champion high quality marketing outputs and drive results for the business.
