Junior PR Exec
Candidates must possess strong writing skills and an exceptional eye for detail. The ability to work under pressure and to prioritise effectively is important.
Key Responsibilities
Communication and growth of Savills media profile
- Researching and writing press releases.
- Liaising with Savills colleagues to fact check stories and consider themes for thought leadership pieces.
- Writing of blog posts.
- Distribution of relevant stories to teams and divisions.
- Preparation of press comments for features and reactive pieces
- Media Monitoring and documenting/reporting.
General
- Close affiliation with in-house research team to collect data for new releases, blogs and leadershippieces.
- Liaison with Internal Comms and Savills website teams to ensure all news, stories and features are distributed via the internal and external Savills channels
- Maintenance of filing systems
- Assisting with reporting for teams and divisions.
Key Skills
Proven experience in writing or associated fields i.e. journalism
- Must be able to edit copy and proof read.
- Exemplary time management and prioritising
- Show ability to identify stories.
- Adherence to H6
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Must be able to carry out tasks, be self-motivated and proactive
