Marketing Manager London Residential Development
To assist, support and manage the marketing function of London Residential Development Sales, to support the execution and implementation of marketing initiatives and ideas.
Key Responsibilities
The role will include:
• Managing the production of the London Editions, BI- annual updates and campaigns around the site; a high degree of attention to detail required regarding timings, grammar and spelling is required
• Working with London Marketing team on joint Resi/LRD marketing initiatives and campaigns
• Update the digital marketing throughout the year to assess LRD PPC keywords, paid search messaging, social media campaigns
• Work with all team within COE to proactively seek and develop marketing initiatives which pursue the objectives of the brand in new and interesting ways
• Assisting in the production of publications, including proof-reading/copy checking, approval of blogs, organising and checking spreadsheets, keeping to timelines
• Organising and managing events for the department, on-line events (Webinars, Instagram live)
• Creating and briefing creative services team; area guides, videography, Investor Guides, org Charts, Buyers guides and any other department design requests
• Managing and coordinating EDM schedule
• Developing social media ideas for LRD
• Compile weekly web stats to send to the team weekly
• Full involvement in the activities of the busy marketing department with a flexible attitude to and projects
• Day to day office management – dealing with and responding to enquiries from local office staff and supporting their local marketing activity and strategies

Team Overview
The Marketing Manager – LRD role sits within the London marketing team who service the residential and Lettings business in London. This is a team of five including line manager Head of London, one Marketing Manager for London Sales, one Marketing Manager for UK Lettings and two Marketing Executives for London Sales and Lettings. The London marketing team works closely with the Country marketing team and is part of the wider residential marketing team which is approximately 20 people and the wider Savills UK marketing team which is comprised of over 65 people.
The Residential marketing team work with our network of 96 UK offices, and are responsible for the implementation of national marketing campaign activity within local office markets, as well as the planning and implementation of local office marketing activity to drive individual office business growth and brand awareness in our local communities.
The team are friendly, driven and innovative, and work with multiple stakeholders and across multiple projects at once to champion high quality marketing outputs and drive results for the business.
