Rural Chartered Surveyor
Working within our fast paced and dynamic Estate Management team, you will be involved in all aspects of rural management of private, institutional and public sector clients.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the existing team in delivering ongoing rural professional advice. Responsibility for diverse rural property portfolios; including agricultural, residential and commercial properties, sporting rights, planning requirements for major and infrastructure projects.
Key Skills
RICS member. Able to demonstrate ability to prioritise work and clients, work both individually and as part of a team. Monitoring and managing rent incomes and proactive approach to work and willingness to get involved in departmental policy and strategy. Full driving licence and own car essential.
Team Overview
The Savills Winchester office is a busy multi sector office in the heart of the city. With over 40 staff as well as rural management, the office also has architect and building surveyors, rural agency, food and farming and valuation teams. Rural management consists of 10 people from Graduates to Directors dealing with private, institutional and public sector clients.
