Team Overview
The Management Hub team based in the Cheltenham office is currently a team of 8 and supports the Rural and Projects division with contractor approval and process improvement initiatives.
Key Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft applications
- Ability to learn new processes quickly
- High efficiency, organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Key Responsibilities
- Requesting and reviewing documentation from prospective new contractors / consultants
- Reviewing existing contractors / consultants on an annual basis
- Accurately uploading details to Savills internal systems
- Liaising with contractors to ensure all aspects of Savills health and safety policy are adhered to
