Senior Chartered Surveyor (Up to Director)

Team Overview
The rural management team in Sevenoaks has 9 team members, working alongside farming, valuation, forestry, and agency colleagues in the same office with a combined rural team of c20 colleagues. The team is young and vibrant with a real variety of estate management and rural and commercial consultancy work.
Role Overview
Tasks will include managing and consulting (including disposals and acquisitions) on estates comprising rural, commercial, and residential property.
Key Responsibilities
• Advising on estate strategy and identifying new opportunities to enhance income generation and capital growth.
• Driving forward diversification of natural capital, BNG, and diversification projects.
• Overseeing the property management of agricultural, commercial, and residential property
Key Skills
• Excellent communication skills and a drive to succeed
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Able to write and manage budgets
• MRICS

1. Set clear objectives and manage performance accordingly
2. Conduct regular 121’s and appraisals
