Rural Surveyor
You will be involved in all aspects of rural estate management with primary involvement in two significant private estates and opportunities to work with charities and institutional landowners.
Team Overview
The rural management team in Salisbury has 12 team members, working alongside farming, valuation, and agency colleagues in the same office. The team is young and vibrant with a real variety of estate management and rural consultancy work.
Key Responsibilities
• Advising on estate strategy and identifying new opportunities
• Driving forward diversification projects
• Overseeing contract farming agreements
• Overseeing the property management of agricultural, commercial and residential property
Key Skills
• excellent communication skills and a drive to succeed
• strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• able to write and manage budgets
• MRICS or FAAV preferred but not essential
